Before we begin, think about what ‘refreshment’ means to you.
Refreshment can be starting again, when we experience a change, after we rest and when we find renewed strength and energy.
We look at themes of refreshment: the natural cycle of daily rhythms, and the seasons, of love, solitude, silence, of being refreshed by water and nourishment, by being in gratitude and by getting fresh air, some space and some perspective.
And by taking notice of nature to be refreshed by being in awe of the beauty it beholds.
